Vouchers can be redeemed online at www.rmostudio.com and in store RMo Studio, Wellington Yard, L15 4LP.
Vouchers may be used towards workshops and physical products available on the website.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed at markets, or at physical events such as pop-ups.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After expiry, unused balances will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
Vouchers cannot be applied to shipping costs.
If your order total exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at checkout.

Please keep your voucher code safe. Lost, stolen, or misused vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
Vouchers are void if altered, reproduced, photocopied, or damaged.
